Principal's Allowance

A client has a benefit called the Principal's Allowance, which applies to school principals and their subordinates, and is based on a number of specific criteria – including student count, the maximum wage of a particular level of school administrator and other inputs. Using the Custom Benefits feature in the Salaries Module (from the TeamBudget Suite), we were able to create the benefit exactly as specified by the client and it is now calculated automatically in the salary budget.

School District

For the publicly available operating budget, all position salaries at a particular organization needed to be averaged to the same amount, but the client still wished to report, internally, on the precise salary amounts. Questica was able to build a tool that generates positive and negative amounts so that each position has the same forecasted cost – and the costing information that goes along with it is preserved for internal reporting.

Enrolment-based revenue

A university requested that budget entry users have the ability to enter student enrolment counts by class – and generate revenue forecasts based on that data. We built a tool that integrates seamlessly into the TeamBudget product and provides the requested user experience.
