Originally formed in 1998, Questica Inc. has grown into an industry-leading provider of capital and operating budgeting software. With a core group of senior analysts, support personnel and business managers with decades of experience developing advanced, intuitive and powerful solutions to challenging business problems, Questica continues to add features to its software suite of budget tools.

In its first incarnation, TeamBudget Capital was designed to address the unique problems of a specific City seeking to improve its Capital budgeting process.  Recognizing this was a challenge faced by all municipalities, the full Suite of TeamBudget products was introduced. 

Today, with successful implementation in more than 70 municipalities across North America, TeamBudget continues to be the first choice in web-based Capital, Operating and Position budget management tools.
