Why the Survey?
Questica is looking to identify those areas of customer service where we are meeting our customers’ expectations, and where we are falling short. Our customers’ thoughts and suggestions regarding TeamBudget as a product and the support they have received from Questica are invaluable to us.
We’ve received some valuable feedback on how to improve TeamBudget, our services and support. We will be taking these suggestions into careful consideration as we strive to provide excellent customer service.
Survey Results
Customers were asked a number of questions regarding both Questica’s products and service, as well as the TeamBudget Tuesdays sessions. All results scored on a scale of 1-10, 10 being the best.
Customer Satisfaction Results
79% of respondents graded TeamBudget an 8 or higher in product satisfaction
82% of respondents graded TeamBudget an 8 or higher in support satisfaction
95% of customers surveyed said they would recommend TeamBudget to others

“Customer support is really outstanding—the team is highly adaptable and flexible.”
TeamBudget Tuesdays Results 89% of respondents ranked TeamBudget Tuesdays a 7 or higher on the value of the information.
82% of respondents will, or likely will, attend TeamBudget Tuesdays when they resume in the fall.
A TeamBudget Tuesday session geared toward the IT folks has been requested.
It was requested that the sessions be longer, as there is so much useful information to share

Questica’s training team is in the process of planning the fall sessions of TeamBudget Tuesdays, based on the feedback from our customers.
