Finding their existing budgeting process manual and time consuming, the City needed a solution that would allow for the flow of information to and from their financial system IFAS, by SunGard. It was also critical that the solution be flexible, and provide a secure, consolidated database.
Key features they were looking for included budgeting for salaries, forecasting, line item budgeting, and scenario budgeting.
Riverside, population 300,400, chose Questica due in large part to the ease of use of TeamBudget, and the openness of Questica’s staff.
