Questica is pleased to welcome the City of Lacombe, population 13,000 as our latest customer. Recognized as one of the best places in Canada to live (MoneySense), Lacombe is located in the heart of Alberta (close to Red Deer). The City was looking for a budgeting solution that would provide them with key functionality and benefits including:
- Change requests: formal workflow and approval of budget requests
- Better collaboration between staff
- Reporting on what’s been spent versus what’s been budgeted
- Reduction in the time finance spends doing administrative tasks
- Dashboards: monitoring and managing key metrics and information in real-time
Integrating with the City’s financial system (Vadim), Questica Budget’s Operating and Salaries modules will provide the City with the tools necessary to prepare, track and manage their $47M budget.
