Topic A – Performance-based Budgeting

We’ll learn how your organization can benefit by and become both more efficient and effective using a performance-based budgeting approach. By using a performance approach to budgeting, organizations emphasize the relationship between spending and results. Performance data is used to make decisions throughout the budget process. By understanding the link between funding and delivery of programs and services, organization can better plan for service levels today and in the future. Plus, we’ll have a roundtable discussion on where your organization is now, what’s planned and what you’d like to see from Questica.

Topic B – Questica OpenBook – Tips and Tools

We’ll explore how easy it is to set up your own OpenBook portal for internal and/or external use. We’ll also highlight how some customers are using Questica OpenBook for transparency and open data projects. Plus, we’ll take a tour of the new features and functions.

Morning program – Free for Questica customers and qualified individuals*

*Public sector organizations such as local/state governments and agencies, colleges and universities, hospitals and healthcare facilities, K-12 schools and districts, and non-profit organizations.


Afternoon program – registration rates:

  • Early-bird rate: $149 plus applicable taxes (register by/before March 2, 2018)
  • Early-bird multiple rate: $100 plus applicable taxes (register two or more individuals from the same organization by/before March 2, 2018)
  • Regular rate: $249 plus applicable taxes (after March 2, 2018)
  • Regular multiple rate: $200 plus applicable taxes (register two or more individuals from the same organization after March 2, 2018).
