Questica is pleased to announce that Charlie Francis is joining us as a Senior Consultant. Charlie has over 40 years of municipal financial management experience in both the public and private sector, including 20 years of experience as a Chief Financial Officer (CFO). With an extensive career in finance and accounting, Charlie has been recognized for his local government expertise and has received numerous financial reporting awards. He has held leadership positions at the Town of Colma, CA and the Cities of Indian Wells, CA, Sausalito, CA, and Treasure Island, FL. He has also consulted for national and international governments, and acted as an adviser to several government organizations. In addition, Charlie has taught Governmental Accounting and Budgeting at the University of California, Riverside campus, and has published numerous books on municipal budgeting and finance. He comes to Questica after several years at OpenGov as a Senior Director in the Government Finance Solutions group.
