Wood County spans two of Wisconsin’s five geographical regions containing seven recreational parks, several rivers, and lakes, plus the 21,000 acre Wood County State Wildlife Area. With almost 75,000 residents, the County consists of 36 municipalities with Wisconsin Rapids as its county seat.
With a budget of $100 million, Wood County was using error-prone Excel spreadsheets to develop and report on their budget.
