Questica Budget solutions are used by various public sector and non-profit entities, all with different financial, human resources, payroll and other systems.
Our software has been integrated with over 55+ different ERP systems, including:
- Abila MIP
- BlackBaud Financial Edge and FE NXT
- Dynamics GP
- JD Edwards
- Mitchell Humphrey
- MS Govern/GEMS
- Microsoft NAV
- New World
- Sage Intacct
- Workday…and more
As we routinely integrate with these external systems to share budget related data, we have developed a specialized tool for this purpose – the Questica Integration System (QIS). QIS is a sub system within Questica Budget and is designed to simplify the integration process and reduce the amount of time it takes to integrate Questica Budget with different customer systems. Because all customers use different tables and dimensions, it is important that the integration be configurable. QIS was designed to provide a highly configurable framework for sharing budget-related data with existing (and future) external data sources.
Questica OpenBook is 100% web-based SaaS application. Users upload data sets via CSV files from their desktops. Security is based on named users. The organization’s OpenBook Administrator can create users and assign permission, as well as delete users. An organization’s individual datasets can be set for internal access only, or can be approved for external access.
