With nearby City of Goodyear and City of Avondale using Questica Budget successfully, the City of Peoria, Arizona has also chosen to replace their homegrown budgeting system with powerful budget planning software. It was important to Peoria to choose a system that houses data in one place for collaboration and the sharing of information, plus easier preparation of their $695 million budget. Since Questica Budget’s centralized system integrates directly with their PeopleSoft financial system, the City can remain transparent and consistently engage internal personnel and stakeholders with the latest budget data.
The City of Peoria has purchased Questica Budget’s operating, capital, and personnel modules to take advantage of automated workflows, change requests, and reporting features. The City has also chosen Budget Book powered by CaseWare to streamline its budget book process for greater time-savings and less manual work.
