MCE, California’s first Community Choice Aggregation program offers renewable, locally controlled, cost-competitive electricity options for more than one million residents and businesses in 37 Bay Area communities. MCE provides customers with almost twice the amount of renewable energy than traditional electricity service while helping invest in local energy programs. MCE provides electricity service and innovative programs across four Bay Area counties: Contra Costa, Marin, Napa, and Solano.
As MCE has grown their focus on efficiency and innovation required the implementation of a robust budgeting platform to manage their $450 million budget. They required budgeting software that would allow them to cut down on the time taken to prepare their budgets, and the time spent ensuring data accuracy.
