MCE, California’s first Community Choice Aggregation program offers renewable, locally controlled, cost-competitive electricity options for more than one million residents and businesses in 37 Bay Area communities. MCE provides customers with almost twice the amount of renewable energy than traditional electricity service while helping invest in local energy programs. MCE provides electricity service and innovative programs across four Bay Area counties: Contra Costa, Marin, Napa, and Solano.
